How does EMSELLA® work?

How Do I Use EMSELLA®
You may begin with an initial consultation with Dr. Sonia to discuss whether EMSELLA treatment is right for you, or proceed directly to the EMSELLA chair following Dr. Sonia’s approval. Treatments are carried out in our purpose-built, private treatment room within the clinic.
Each EMSELLA session lasts approximately 28 minutes and is completely non-invasive and painless. Many patients describe the sensation as a series of intense yet comfortable pelvic floor contractions, similar to an advanced workout.
During treatment, you remain fully clothed and simply sit on the EMSELLA chair. The full program typically involves six sessions over three weeks to achieve optimal results.
